Do I have to pay taxes on products orderded?

We do not charge sales tax. However, any custom fees or import sales tax levied on deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

What are your return policies?

• SoDrama.com will be happy to exchange or refund for the order that you have made within 30 days.
• You must notify us within 30 days from the date of order or 7 working days from the day after you receive the order (whichever is the longer), by sending an e-mail with your order number along with a description of the items that you wish to return, to buy@sodrama.com to obtain an authorization for the return.
• We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded
• It generally takes about 4 to 5 days to process an international return.
• We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier.We will not reimburse for Overnight Shipping or Next Day Air Delivery
• We will take no responsibility for lost returns
• Merchandise must be unopened and also in good condition.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We do not pay for the postage on return, unless we shipped out incorrect item or an error from our part.
